Bamboo crops are fast-growing and do not require the herbicide and pesticide used to grow conventional cotton. Also, fabrics made with bamboo fibres biodegrade at a faster rate than petroleum-derived fibres like
polyester.

C/O 1 st.

Knit every row increasing one stitch at the start of each row until 23 sts.

Knit 8 rows.

C/O center st and work each side as follows: K2 tog at the start of each row until only 3 rows left and B/O.

I made this hoodie for one of my favourite little munchkins in the the Fall. The yarn is a wool blend which keeps it’s shape perfectly and washes nicely in the machine. The colour is gorgeous! I used a size 5 needle (larger is recommended) to get a really tight knit that makes this warm enough to wear as a jacket.

The buttons were a great vintage purchase on Ebay.
